Athletic Registration
Any 7/8 grade students interested in participating in athletics will need to have a current Sports Physical dated after May 1st, 2022 and completed on the Kansas State High School Athletic Association, (KSHSAA), Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Form below.
Sports Physicals MUST be completed on this form for student-athletes to be eligible. CYS Physicals will no longer be accepted.
In addition, interested athletes will need to be registered in “Register My Athlete” in order to participate in sports. Parents will need to go to https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/ and follow the instructions provided.
